We brought the kitchen back.

World in a Dish started with a quiet observation: we live more connected than ever, yet somehow lonelier. We text instead of talk. We scroll instead of sit together. And somewhere along the way, the kitchen, the oldest gathering place there is, got left behind.

So we brought it back.

We built a sun-drenched space that feels less like a venue and more like the kitchen you wish you had: where people drift in, something's always simmering, and nobody's in a hurry to leave. Today it's where teams from across the greater Seattle area put their laptops down and cook together.
