All fees are in U.S. dollars (USD). All prices are subject to applicable Washington State sales tax.

Date Changes: Cancel for store credit and rebook at the new date.

Cancellation: Store credit based on timing: 7+ days = full credit; 3-7 days = 50%; under 3 days = non-refundable.

No-Show: Rental fee and security deposit forfeited.

Security Deposit (Private Events): A security deposit may be required. The amount is specified at the time of booking and is refunded within 7 business days if no damage or policy violations occur.

Unforeseen Circumstances: Full reschedule or refund at your choice.

Cancellation Policy

• 7+ days before: full store credit
• 3–6 days before: 50% store credit
• Less than 3 days: non-refundable
• Bookings are non-transferable
• Store credit can be used for future classes or kitchen rentals
• Store credits are valid for 5 years from issuance (per WA law)

By completing this booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Liability Waiver & Agreement

This agreement is between World in a Dish and you (the Guest). By booking, you acknowledge inherent risks of kitchen activities including burns, cuts, slips, and food-borne illness.

Food Allergen Notice: World in a Dish makes reasonable efforts to accommodate stated dietary restrictions and allergies, but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. You are responsible for communicating all allergies and dietary restrictions before the event. You accept the inherent risk of exposure to allergens in a shared kitchen environment.

Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks and full responsibility for your participation.

Release of Liability: You release World in a Dish from liability for injuries or damages arising from your use of the premises, except in cases of gross negligence.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allhands Kitchen LLC d/b/a World in a Dish, its owners, employees, and instructors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the premises or the actions of your guests.

Property Damage: You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests.

Responsibility for Attendees: You are responsible for ensuring all attendees in your party comply with World in a Dish policies.

Minor Attendees: If any attendees are under 18, you accept full responsibility as parent/guardian and agree to the minor participation terms above.

Age Requirement: You must be 18+. Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Rules: Leave kitchen clean, max 25 guests, follow safety guidelines, vacate by end of time block.

Photo & Media Consent: World in a Dish may photograph or video record classes and events for promotional and marketing purposes. By accepting this waiver, you grant World in a Dish permission to use your likeness in promotional materials including the website, social media, and marketing communications.

By checking the box below, you agree that your electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding signature pursuant to the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and Washington RCW 19.360. You agree to be legally bound by this agreement.
